Your response references the wrong quantity

My order #4706 was for 50 masks. You first sent me a review request for the wrong product. Your team said they would correct that. Then you sent me a confirmation email that you had shipped 20 masks. If that is the case, you still need to ship me 30 masks to complete the original order.

These are the most comfortable masks we’ve had. Easy to wear for long periods of time & easy to talk. They stay in place too. We feel safer wearing them as there are no air holes around the edges.
